Visualization
Guided imagery and symbolic activations open access to the soul’s more profound wisdom. By envisioning light, geometry, or ancestral landscapes, participants reawaken their memories and align with higher truth, cultivating joy, clarity, and resilience.
Together, these practices weave a path of inner transformation: grounding the body, softening the heart, clarifying the mind, and opening the soul to its radiant essence.
